GOLDNIGERIA.COM IS OPERATED BY ANTLEAD ENTERPRISE. ANYONE VISITING www.goldnigeria.com („THE USER“) GIVES CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Payment may not be counterfeit or otherwise fraudulent. Payments are final and not reversible except as provided in this Agreement. Each User can use the services of goldnigeria.com to transmit funds from OWN bank account to OWN e-currency account and vice versa.
No 3rd party payments will be accepted. USERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE OTHER PEOPLE SEND FUNDS FROM THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS TO USER‘S E-CURRENCY ACCOUNTS.
ANTLEAD may at its sole discretion return received funds less fees and administration costs (N5 per N1000 minimum) in these cases:
- Purpose of payment is not communicated to us via goldnigeria.com ‘buy page’ within 30 days.
- Funds were sent from an account under different name (name does not match user’s name)
- 3rd party payment (user had someone else send funds from their bank account to user’s e-currency account and vice versa)
- There is a reasonable suspicion that received funds are fraudulent
- User refuses to submit verification documents (scan of ID, International passport, or driver’s license including user’s signature, ), or verification of the user’s order identity is not satisfactory
- There is a reasonable suspicion that verification documents are counterfeit
VERIFICATION
All users submitting their first order, or all users sending funds in excess of 1000USD (no matter in how many payments the amount is divided), will be asked to undergo verification procedure upon receipt of funds by ANTLEAD ENTERPRISE:
- User will be asked to provide scanned copy of valid National ID card, international passport or driver’s license. ID or driver’s license must include user’s signature. If ID or driver’s license does not include user’s signature, user will be asked to also email scanned copy of valid passport
- User may be asked to provide a scanned copy of recent utility bill or bank statement showing current address of residence.
- User may be asked to provide a scanned copy of signed agreement confirming user’s order
- Signature on the agreement must match signature on the ID or driver’s license.
- User sending funds on behalf of a company or organization will be asked to provide documents proving the authority of the user to dispose of the funds (being the director or executive of the company, providing registration documents or valid invoice or company’s register record).
- User may be asked to provide additional unspecified documents or proof of authenticity.
The time limit to provide requested documents is 10 days. If user is not able to provide requested documents, funds will be sent back to payer’s account less fees and administration costs (N5 per N1000 minimum). All gathered information about user will be handed to police of user’s domicile if there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, attempt to defraud, attempt to send fraudulent funds, attempt to counterfeit personal documents or attempt to have already sent funds returned. The user is solely responsible to provide valid and accurate information needed to complete goldnigeria.com orders. The user is solely responsible for all payments, even if the instructions provided by user are incorrect. Users must be aware that transfer of money into wrong bank or e-currency account due to wrong account numbers given by the user are not reversible.
goldnigeria.com orders are binding contracts between the user and ANTLEAD ENTERPRISE and will be honored by the user. Payment must be good funds of the exact amount specified in the user's order. If the user remits more or less than the amount of good funds necessary to fulfill their order, or if a different amount is received due to correspondent bank fees or other bank fees, then goldnigeria.com, at its sole discretion, will adjust the user‘s order to the exact amount of funds received. If the user remits good funds via goldnigeria.com site to bank accounts operated by ANTLEAD ENTERPRISE without previously making an order with goldnigeia.com, the user will be asked to enter a new order for the amount sent to goldnigeria.com or funds will be returned back to user's bank account through our banker after 30 days.
The transfer to the bank account or e-currency account nominated by the user in their order will occur, subject to availability, within 24 hours after funds received by ANTLEAD ENTERPRISE. Users must supply a valid e-mail address and telephone number so that goldnigeria.com staff can verify order details, if necessary. We reserve the right to cancel pending orders that are older than 2 weeks. This service is independently operated and is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with, C-gold or Liberty Reserve. All transactions into or out of or between accounts of Digital Gold Currency operators shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions of those operators as outlined on their respective web sites. goldnigeria.com will not be responsible for delays or failures in the transmission, receipt or execution of orders, remittances, payments, or information due to events or systems beyond its control. The obligations of this contract precede any government enactment. goldnigeria.com, its owners, employees, or affiliates will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from any event or system beyond its control. goldnigeria.com will not fulfill any exchange transactions ordered by the user if the user uses, or attempts to use goldnigeria.com service in connection with tampering, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of the goldnigeria.com services.
Goldnigeria.com services are available for use for legitimate purpose only. Goldnigeria reserve the right to suspend any transfer if found using for fraudulent activities/illegitimate purpose.
- It is be the client’s responsibility to ensure that his/her E-currency account is not used for fraudulent activities.
- Goldniageria.com retains the right to alter/modify/withdraw any rate plan/method of billing without any prior notice to the customers. -Goldnigeria.com reserves the right to provide customer’s details to any Government and Security Department upon specific request from them. -Goldnigeria.com reserve the right to refuse any service to any particular individual or entity, at their sole discretion with or without shown cause. -Goldnigeria.com will not be responsible for any loses that can occur during the exchange of funds from one currency to another due to the actions of any other digital currency exchange provider. Goldnigeria.com is not responsible and accepts no liability for devaluation (loss of value) of funds during the order, redemption, or exchange transaction process due to volatility in gold prices or national currencies Complaints received from International Security Organizations about a customer shall be responded to with due diligence. Client is responsible for any lose of fund in his/her e-currency account resulting from his/her inability to secure their accounts from hackers.

On no occasion will goldnigeria.com refund any fund that has already been transferred to customer’s e-currency account.
- Clients are responsible for giving GoldNigeria his/her correct e-currency account number. Client is liable for any error resulting from transferring fund to a wrong account number given by the client.
-Goldnigeria.com does not guarantee or warrant any specific time frame to complete a purchase or exchange of any currency. The length of certain transactions may not be under the control of goldnigeria.com due to the interaction of companies not controlled by goldnigeria.com. -Goldnigeria.com is not liable for any delay that is caused by issues beyond goldnigeria.com control. Goldnigeria.com is not an agent of Liberty Reserve or C-gold.
-Goldnigeria.com offers, and provides its products and services as an independent third party unrelated to any e-currency exchange company.
